Matt St. Martin – Employee of the Month, December 2024
We’re excited to announce Matt St. Martin as MEC’s Employee of the Month for December 2024!
Matt exemplified the core STAR values—Service, Teamwork, Accountability, and Results—throughout the month. He responded promptly to emergency on-call requests, including working late on Christmas Eve until 10:30 PM and addressing a roof leak over the weekend, all while maintaining excellent communication and a positive attitude. His dedication and commitment to the team and our clients are truly commendable.
In recognition of his efforts, MEC has made a donation to Matt’s charity of choice, the American Cancer Society.
