    We’re seeking an Associate Client Manager to support our client management team. In this role, you’ll assist senior managers with client inquiries, project coordination, and service delivery. This is a great opportunity to develop foundational client management skills, including gathering feedback, managing expectations, and ensuring exceptional service.

    Responsibilities

    • Support Client Managers with day-to-day client relationship management and project coordination.

    • Monitor and help Client Managers advance open work in CRM 

    • Maintain client documentation, including reports, project timelines, and service updates.

    • Organize and prepare materials for client meetings.

    • Assist with executing client requests, including scheduling and logistics.

    • Collect client feedback and report issues or opportunities to senior managers.

    • Full-time role, with standard business hours and potential for occasional travel depending on client needs.

    Candidate Requirements

    • 5 years of experience in customer service or account management.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Location & Commitments

    • This position is primarily based on project sites across the Massachusetts region, with occasional assignments in New Hampshire and Rhode Island.

    Candidate Requirements

    • 10+ years of carpentry experience, with a diverse portfolio of residential projects.

    • Expertise in all aspects of carpentry, including custom woodwork, fine finishes, and structural work.

    • Extensive knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and safety standards.

    • Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.

    • Proficient in using diagnostic tools, schematics, and manuals to assess and repair systems.

    • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues under pressure.

    • Technical certifications and specialized training in relevant systems or equipment (e.g., HVAC, electrical, IT, mechanical) are preferred.
