The things that make My Estate Concierge unique are the incredible properties we are able to work on. It’s a privilege to work on some of these homes that we go into—and the people who own them are also part of the package. We get to build up relationships over the years and build up their trust, allowing us to go into their homes seamlessly and take care of whatever issues come up at any level, whether routine maintenance or urgent repairs.

The tradespeople we work with are familiar with these homes, so they can go right in and address issues efficiently, whether it’s scheduled maintenance, an emergency leak, or whatever it is that we’re addressing. If you go in without that knowledge, you have to try to figure out where stuff is, and by that time, it could be a worse problem. When we come in, we know where to go. We know where everything is. We know how to get in the house. We know how to pet the right dog the right way. And that's the benefit; that's what makes us a premium service.

I don’t think there are many other people out there who can match what we’re offering. We take on projects that other contractors and companies won’t. We have a great reputation in Boston and the surrounding areas, Cape Cod and Newport. We cater to high-end homes in the market—that’s what we do. We provide a premium service for people so we can take care of all their home needs, from hanging a picture to putting on a new roof.

Some of the properties I personally manage, I’ve been with for over 10 years, so I'm a valuable piece to them. I know the house, I know the people. I know their schedules and when we can come in and out. If I see a problem coming up, I can stop the problem from happening because I have experience with the house. They trust us as a team. They know us by sight. It makes it very easy. They don't have to think about getting somebody else.
