Restoring a Stunning Newport Pool to Perfection
My Estate Concierge project managed and supervised the complete restoration of a negative-edge pool for a client in Newport, Rhode Island. The 7-year-old pool had extensive plaster cracks, structural concerns, and stone veneer issues due to water infiltration. Our team meticulously researched the root causes of damage and tapped into our elite network of trade partners, including a structural engineer, specialty masons, and top-tier pool and plastering professionals, to address each challenge. From injecting carbon fiber stitches to securing veneer stones and coping, to installing new plaster and tiles, every detail was considered and executed to specification. Now, the beautifully rejuvenated pool has been restored and is once again ready for enjoyment.
